Delivery & Returns

At Top-Teks we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.  Please find below our delivery and returns policy.

DELIVERY POLICY

We normally expect to process all orders placed before 2.30pm the same day subject to items being in stock and payment completed.   In some instances we may be able to ship later than 2.30pm so please call and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Outlying areas of the UK may be subject to extended delivery times.

Delivery options
We offer various delivery options including free delivery on orders over £100.   If you require next day delivery (excluding weekends) then this can be selected at point of purchase for an additional charge.  Orders placed on a Friday will be despatched for delivery on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).  This is subject to items being in stock and orders being placed by 2.30pm Monday to Friday.  Orders placed outside of our standard working hours (8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday) will be processed on the next working day.   We use Interlink for delivery so you can track your delivery.

Non-UK Customers

Top-Teks can ship worldwide and delivery charges will apply dependent on size, weight and destination.  Please contact us for costs and our delivery team will work hard to find the best shipping solution for you.  We regret that we cannot offer debit/credit card facilities to non-UK customers.  We do accept international payments via bank transfer.  If you are planning to place an order and wish to find out what shipping would be then please contact directly as sales@topteks.com

For all shipments outside of the EU a full commercial invoice will be included to help you in customs clearance. You will however be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your destination country.

Please note there will be an additional surcharge on shipping batteries outside the UK.  Please call us for details.

At Top-Teks we try to be environmentally friendly as possible and therefore we reuse and recycle boxes and packaging whenever we can.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.  If you decide that you do not want an item then you can return it to us subject to the following conditions:

  • The item returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unopened, new and unused
  • The item is complete with all original and undamaged manufacturer documentation, manuals and packaging
  • Top-Teks Ltd retains the right to refuse any returns which do not meet these requirements
  • Items returned outside of the 14 day period will be subject to a re stock fee

Items sold as new which subsequently show problems which can attributed to manufacturing faults within one year of purchase will be repaired or replaced free of charge.  The decision to repair or replace is at the discretion of Top-Teks Ltd.

Problems that can be attributed to fair wear and tear, misuse, exposure to contaminants including water or impact damage will be chargeable repairs.

If your items are damaged when you receive them please contact us immediately and we will arrange replacement or refund.

SECOND HAND/EX DEMO

We also sell items which are second hand, previously used, ex demo or similar.   Condition of product and description of previous use will be clearly stated in the item description.  Top-Teks may also offer a limited warranty on such items and this will also be clearly stated in the item description.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Customers wishing to return items to Top-Teks Ltd must fill in the form below to request returns authorisation. Items returned to Top-Teks without prior agreement will be refused and returned to the customer. Top-Teks accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by customers who have submitted unauthorised returns.

For some products the manufacturer offers the facility to register the product and obtain an enhanced warranty. Customers are strongly urged to register such products immediately. Unregistered customers will not receive those additional benefits.

Please Note: Top-Teks reserve the right to adjust website listings and prices. Errors in listings can be revised at any time and orders cancelled/refunded as a result.
