Meet the Team: Mark Brown
We are pleased to welcome a new member to the Top-Teks family, meet our newest camera specialist Mark Brown.
Mark Brown is a camera man with over 10 years’ experience. His career involved collating archive footage, with clips used by local organisations as archive footage and for their media records. Most recently he worked as a second cameraman for shows such as The One Show, Countryfile and BBC Inside Out London. Other footage of his has been used by the National Geographic and Oxford Scientific.
Mark has years of practical knowledge using long lens cameras and has an extensive skillset when it comes to using different types of equipment in creative ways to get the shots he wants. Through all of this, Mark learned the value of patience when wanting to capture the right footage and now is keen to share his knowledge with our customers.
“My main kit combination to date is the Sony FS7 coupled with a Nikon 500mm prime lens, Atomos Shogun Inferno, for wildlife a 2/3 inch sensor in a 4k body would be an ideal match, giving a greater depth of field, plus due to the smaller sensor size would enable a 7 x crop magnification, very useful when needing to get close to the subject!” – Mark Brown
We are excited to have him on board! Mark is eager to get to work and help-out with camera and kit inquiries of all varieties. Feel free to drop him an email for any type of inquiry.
