ProMediaGear TR423 42mm Series 58" Pro-Stix Carbon-Fiber Tripod with Top Plate
TR423 42mm Series Pro-Stix Carbon-Fiber Tripod from ProMediaGear. Supports up to 125.0 lb, measures 26.0" when folded, and includes a tripod top plate with a 3/8"-16 mount. Each of its 3-section legs has a maximum diameter of 42mm. They also feature an independent spread, a 3-position angle lock, quarter-turn twist locks for rapid deployment. Includes a rubber foot to enhance stability on a wide variety of surfaces. Together, you can extend the three legs and spread to raise the tripod from a minimum height of 6.8" to a maximum height of 58.0". For use on soft and uneven soil, you can unscrew each of the rubber feet to access a stow-away metal spike which you can fasten to the bottom of its corresponding foot.

- You can connect tripod heads, cameras, lenses, or sport optics that are compatible with a 3/8"-16 mount to the included tripod top plate, which is intended to be clamped onto the tripod's head
- Clamping head also includes a cam lock with a push-button release. Further secures the top plate while in use and prevents sliding off when you open the tripod head's clamp
- Alternatively, tripod accepts a separately-available ProMediaGear TRBU75 75mm Tripod Leveling Base with separately-available TRB75 75mm Tripod Bowl Insert
- A video tripod head that is directly compatible with a separately-available ProMediaGear TRB75 75mm Tripod Bowl Insert or the 3/8"-16 mount of the separately-available TRBU75 75mm Tripod Leveling Base can be used with the tripod and oriented without adjusting the tripod's legs
- You can set from a minimum height of 6.8" to a maximum height of 58.0"
- Legs each feature 3 sections, quarter-turn twist locks for rapid deployment, and can be independently spread
- You can lock legs at 22.5°, 55.0°, or 89.0° angles
- Rubber feet with stow-away, metal spikes to further enhance stability on a wide variety of surfaces. Includes soft and uneven soil

- For direct attachment of accessories that feature 1/4"-20 mounts, the underside of the top plate is tapped with one 1/4"-20 female accessory thread, four 1/4"-20 female accessory threads distributed along the sides of the head, and two 1/4"-20 female accessory threads positioned toward the top of each leg, one along each side of its connecting hinge
- Either of the 1/4"-20 female accessory threads on each of the tripod legs, or two of the 1/4"-20 accessory threads along the head have adjacent pin slots that allow them to accommodate ProMediaGear accessories with anti-twist pins, or accessories with only a 1/4"-20 mount
