The Sony BP-U35 is a lithium ion battery optimised for professional video shooting with cameras. Its compact size and low weight make the BP-U35 ideal for high-mobility applications such as gimbal mounting.

Battery status data is continuously communicated to the camera. Remaining capacity is displayed on the camera’s LCD monitor and viewfinder, allowing operators to monitor battery status easily and accurately while shooting.

Compared to the previous generation BP-U30, it is faster to charge and offers higher capacity.
