Firmware Updates For Sony Alpha A7S III & FX3
This week, Sony has released firmware updates for the Sony Alpha A7S III and the Sony ILME-FX3. Both updates address issues surrounding Picture Profile, among many other improvements. They are available now and you can contact our workshop team for help with installation.
ILCE-7SM3 Firmware Update Ver.2.01
- Fixes an issue where a Picture Profile may be applied even though the Picture Profile feature is set to OFF
- Improves the operational stability of the camera when using the Imaging Edge Desktop (Remote) or Imaging Edge Mobile apps
- Fixes an issue where an error message may appear while shooting at a high shutter speed
- Fixes an issue where a file saved in the memory card may not be loaded by the Save/Load Settings
- Improves the overall stability of the camera
ILME-FX3 Firmware Update Ver. 1.01
- Fixes an issue where a Picture Profile may be applied even though the Picture Profile feature is set to OFF
- Improves the operational stability of the camera when using the Imaging Edge Desktop (Remote) or Imaging Edge Mobile apps
- Fixes an issue where an error message may appear while shooting at a high shutter speed
- Improves the overall stability of the camera
