Get ready to rig with the Fujifilm GFX ETERNA Rear Side Plate. Featuring an array of 1/4"" and 3/8” screw threads – each with anti-twist threads – and a built-in NATO rail, the plate is ideal for accessorising. Mounting cleanly to the ETERNA body without blocking buttons or inputs, the Rear Side Plate can also be used with our GFX ETERNA Vertical Adaptor for shooting social media content.

Ready for Rigging

The Rear Side Plate features a line of 1/4"" and 3/8” screw threads, each featuring ARRI anti-twist pin threads. Ideal for wireless transmitters or other electronic components, you can rig up your camera securely and smoothly.

Quick-Release Convenience

For rapid refitting, the Rear Side Plate also comes with an integrated NATO rail: adding quick-release functionality to the side of your rig. The base features a hard stop to prevent loose accessories from falling off, and the top has a safety button so that NATO clamps only come loose when you want them to.

Vertical Versatility

Need to shoot cinematic social media content? The Rear Side Plate doubles as a mounting point for our Vertical Adaptor, which allows you to flip the ETERNA and shoot vertically. Simply mount the Adaptor to the 3/8” screw threads on the Rear Side Plate and Side Rib – align it with the screen of the ETERNA for correct vertical shooting, or use it as a horizontal cheese plate by attaching it to any of the other 3/8” threads.

Easy Access

Rather than being bolted onto the side of the camera, the Rear Side Plate is offset from the surface: giving you clearance for cables and easy access to the rear buttons and other inputs. The offset also helps with ventilation.

Compatibility

The Fujifilm GFX ETERNA Rear Side Plate is designed to fit to the rear of the GFX ETERNA’s body, with screws precisely positioned to match the threads on the camera system. It features 1/4"" and 3/8” anti-twist screw threads and a NATO rail for adding accessories.

Instructions/Assembly

The Fujifilm GFX ETERNA Rear Side Plate comes with all required screws. You will require your own 3mm and 4mm Hex Key in order to successfully install it.

Rear Side Plate to Camera

1. Align the two M4 screws with the corresponding threads on the rear of the ETERNA – one above the microphone input, and one below the DC cable input.

2. Use a 3mm Hex Key to tightly screw the Rear Side Plate to the ETERNA.

Vertical Adaptor to Rear Side Plate

1. First, ensure that both the Rear Side Plate and ETERNA Side Rib are installed.

2. Align the Vertical Adaptor’s 3/8” screw with the second 3/8” thread from the top of the ETERNA Rear Side Plate – so that the Adaptor covers the ETERNA’s screen.

3. Use a 4mm Hex Key in order to attach the Vertical Adaptor.
