Unlike conventional V-mount chargers with a fixed number of charging channels, the VL-PD1 can be combined with multiple units to create a charging setup that matches your requirements. This allows efficient use of available rack or equipment room space and supports scalable battery management.

Rack-Mount or Wall-Mount Installation

The VL-PD1 supports both rack-mounted and wall-mounted configurations, making it easy to optimize charging infrastructure for different installation environments and workflows.

Fast and Intuitive Battery Handling

Using the familiar V-mount attachment system, batteries can be mounted and removed quickly without repeatedly connecting and disconnecting USB cables. This streamlines operations when managing multiple batteries and helps keep charging areas organized.

High-Speed Charging Support

When paired with a USB PD power source capable of delivering 75 W or higher, the VL-PD1 supports charging at up to 4 A, reducing battery charging times. Actual charging performance depends on the output capacity of the connected USB PD charger.

Clear Status Indication

LED indicators positioned at both the top and bottom of the unit provide clear visibility of charging and communication status, whether the plate is installed on a shelf or mounted on a wall.

Future Bluetooth Connectivity

Planned Bluetooth support will enable users to monitor charging status and battery information from smartphones and tablets via a future firmware update.

*USB PD charger and USB Type-C cable are not included. For best performance, use a USB Type-C cable rated for 100 W or higher. The VL-PD1 must be used with a compatible USB PD charger.
