The Ronford Baker Atlas 50 Fluid Head is a high-performance fluid head engineered for today's professional digital cinema and broadcast productions. Designed to support modern camera systems such as the ARRI ALEXA, RED Epic and Sony F55, the Atlas 50 delivers exceptional stability, precise control and the renowned reliability of Ronford Baker camera support.

Offering a ±90° tilt range and 360° continuous pan, the Atlas 50 features seven stages of pan and tilt fluid drag, with fluid-free positions at either end of the scale for unrestricted movement. Its enhanced counterbalance system also includes a free mode, allowing operators to quickly adapt to different camera configurations.

Compared to the Atlas 40, the Atlas 50 provides 50% greater fluid drag, making it ideal for heavier camera packages and longer cine lenses. Even at its lowest drag setting, the Atlas 50 offers resistance equivalent to level 3 on the Atlas 40, delivering improved control for larger production rigs.

Available with either a 150 mm ball base or Mitchell base, the Atlas 50 also features integrated lifting handles, dual pan bar mounts, an adjustable eyepiece levelling bracket, Tritium-illuminated spirit level and environmentally sealed, sand-proof construction for dependable performance in studio and location environments.

Suitable for professional cinema and broadcast cameras including ARRI ALEXA, RED Epic, Sony F55, Sony VENICE, RED V-RAPTOR, Panavision camera systems and fully accessorised film and broadcast camera packages.
