The FX5 is the uncompromised cinematic tool you asked for. It features 5K Open Gate, Internal RAW, and 15+-stop dynamic range. Built with an optional removable EVF, dedicated Timecode, and 32-bit Float audio to bridge the gap between compact agility and professional set performance.

  • A new 16.6MP sensor and BIONZ XR2 processor provide 15+ stops of dynamic range. Three Base ISO and dual-gain technology ensure clean, high-latitude imagery even in challenging low-light environments.

PRECISION PERFORMANCE AT HIGH SPEED

  • Achieve 4K 120p and 5K 60p with a faster sensor readout to minimize rolling shutter. Improved low-light AF ensures critical focus remains locked, making it the ultimate tool for high-speed action.
